Words Hurt

Words, words words…they can make you feel incredibly wonderful or totally devastate you. In today’s world it is not just the face to face words that seem to break you down but also the texts, posts, tweets and/or emails that people send that are terribly hurtful. Technology allows one to hide behind a keyboard and not face the person that they are saying these words to.

Casey Ho, personal trainer and fitness blogger, was tired of being put down about her body through mean comments and cyberbullying. She thought, “What if getting flat abs and bigger boobs was as easy as a click. What if you could stop all the hate and just Photoshop yourself right now, in real life? What would you change?” Ho created this YouTube video called “The Perfect Body” in which she Photoshops her body in response to negative comments. Watch this powerful video and please share it to battle body shaming and cyberbullying. #blogilates #stopcyberbullying #myremarkableself
